How can we help?
Duetday version 1.0 is a local-first phone app. These answers cover its most common setup, data and subscription questions.
How do two people use Duetday?
Choose “Use Duetday together”, enter both first names, then take turns on the same phone. The first answer is hidden while the second person writes. Duetday does not send invitations or sync answers to another device.
Where are our answers?
Names, answers, replies and progress are stored locally on the phone. Duetday has no web account where this content can be viewed or recovered.
How do I delete local data?
Open Our Story, choose Privacy & Local Data, then select Delete all Duetday data. Removing the app also removes its local data. Neither action cancels an app-store subscription.
How do I restore Duetday Plus?
Open the Plus paywall and choose Restore purchases while signed in to the Apple or Google account that bought the subscription. If the store reports that the purchase is active, Duetday unlocks Plus again.
How do I cancel or change a subscription?
Choose Manage subscription in Duetday. You can also use Subscriptions in iOS Settings or Payments & subscriptions in Google Play. Billing, refunds and eligibility are controlled by the relevant store.
